Nextraction Announces Granting of Stock OptionsFebruary 24, 2012
Vancouver, BC - Nextraction Energy Corp. (TSX-V: NE) (the "Company” or “Nextraction”), announces that 585,000 stock options have been granted to the directors and officers of the Company at an exercise price of $0.35 per share for a period of five years from the date of the grant. An additional 55,000 stock options have been granted to consultants of the Company on the same terms. The stock options have been granted in relation to the new strategic direction of the Company and in accordance with its stock option plan.
The granting of the stock options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
